One of the city’s most popular Summer Festivals returns this week – The Bryant Park Film Festival! Gathering with friends and fellow New Yorkers to enjoy a great movie al fresco in the heart of Midtown Manhattan is a unforgettable experience.
Beginning June 18, a classic film will be screened on Bryant Park’s lawn every Monday evening through August 20th. The lawn opens at 5:00pm for blankets and picnicking. Films begin at sunset (typically between 8pm and 9pm).

Bryant Park is located between 40th – 42nd Streets, and 5th & 6th Avenues. Subways: B,D,F,M to 42nd St/Bryant Park, or #7 to 5th Ave. The Times Square Station is one block west (1,2,3,N,Q,R)
No chairs, tables, dogs, plastic sheets, tarps, bags, or pads are permitted on the lawn. All bags will be inspected before entering the lawn
There are two entry points, north and south of the Fountain.
If you don’t have time to pull together a picnic, Wichcraft is offering packages on screening nights. Order in advance online, or call 212.780.0577, then pick up at their kiosk on the north plaza.
