Winter is a great time for savings in NYC.  While introducing NYC Hotel Week, I referred to “a series of bargain programs,” and one of the finest has returned: NYC Restaurant WeekBetween January 14 and February 8,  318 restaurants will offer 3-course prix-fixe menus at reduced prices: $25 for lunch, and $38 for dinner (beverages and gratuities excluded).  The special menus are available Mondays through Fridays, and some restaurants are offering Sundays as well.  Reservations for Restaurant Week are open now.
